Stranger Things: Tales from ’85 takes the beloved world of Stranger Things into a new medium — animation.
Created and executive-produced by Eric Robles, the show expands on the universe established by the Duffer Brothers. Robles shared that he wanted to “capture the magic of Hawkins in a new way,” revisiting the world between Seasons 2 and 3 of the hit series.
Logline: The original characters face new monsters and unravel a paranormal mystery haunting their town in Stranger Things: Tales from ’85.

Rather than featuring the original live-action cast, the series introduces a brand-new voice ensemble and fresh stories set in the familiar town of Hawkins.

The series, produced by Flying Bark Productions, is set to premiere on Netflix in 2026.
