Since 2017 Crunchyroll has hosted the ‘Crunchyroll Anime Awards’ which recognizes best series, film, characters, VAs domestically and internationally, and more. This year’s ceremony was in Tokyo, with Sally Amaki and Jon Kabirawith as hosts. Crunchyroll shared a live stream of the event on YouTube.
Of the anime series nominated, ‘Attack on Titan’, ‘Spy X Family’, ‘Demon Slayer’ and ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’ took home the most awards.
