Actress Amy Jo Johnson, who came to fame as the original Pink Ranger in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series, provided support in a tweet for her Power Rangers’ colleagues David Yost and Walter Jones who are returning to the franchise for the 30th anniversary special ‘Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always’.
Johnson’s absence had been speculated by some entertainment sites as to be a reason of pay; however, she also clarified this was not the case.

Amy Jo Johnson’s last Power Rangers role was a cameo in the 2017 Power Rangers movie. Since her debut in Power Rangers, she’s gone on to act in many other series and films including Flashpoint and Covert Affairs.
The 30th anniversary special ‘Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always’ will premiere on Netflix on April 19th.
On March 22, the trailer for the forthcoming special was released.
