Peacock’s ‘Anatomy of Lies’ looks at the deceit perpetrated by one Hollywood Elisabeth Finch whose attempts to fabricate her own story catch up with her.
The docuseries, inspired by the work of Vanity Fair and their article ‘Scene Stealer’, talks to many of Finch’s close friends and colleagues including Jennifer Beyer, a trauma survivor who begins to uncover Finch’s lies.
The series is directed by Evgenia Peretz and David Schisgall with executive producers David Schisgall, Evgenia Peretz, Vicki Cooper, Melanie Archer, Julia Nottingham, Helen Estabrook, Sarah Amos, Claire Howorth, and Samantha Smith. The series is produced by Vanity Fair Studios and Doroth St. Pictures.
Finch is known for her work as a writer on Grey’s Anatomy, The Vampire Diaries, and True Blood.
‘Anatomy of Lies’ will premiere on Peacock on October 15th.
