Thanks to an exclusive from The Hollywood Reporter, the voice cast for the Babylon 5 animated film, Babylon 5: The Road Home, has now been released. The Babylon 5 animated film was previously announced in a tweet from creator J. Michael Straczynski. Presently the film is set to have a summer release, according to Warner Bros. Animation and Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment.
According to the THR exclusive, the returning cast members include: Bruce Boxleitner as John Sheridan, Tracy Scoggins as Elizabeth Lochley, Claudia Christian as Susan Ivanova, Bill Mumy as Lennier, Peter Jurasik as Londo Mollari, and Patricia Tallman as Lyta Alexander
Joining the voice cast will be actors Paul Guyet as Zathras and Jeffery Sinclair, Anthony Hansen as Michael Garibaldi, Mara Junot as Reporter and Computer Voice, Phil LaMarr as Dr. Stephen Franklin, Piotr Michael as David Sheridan, Andrew Morgado as G’Kar and Rebecca Riedy as Delenn
Here’s what to expect with Babylon 5: The Road Home: “Travel across the galaxy with John Sheridan as he unexpectedly finds himself transported through multiple timelines and alternate realities in a quest to find his way back home. Along the way he reunites with some familiar faces, while discovering cosmic new revelations about the history, purpose, and meaning of the Universe.”
Babylon 5 first aired as a test pilot film on February 22, 1994, and following that the series Babylon 5: The Gathering aired for five seasons.
