Netflix has released the second official teaser for the forthcoming Bird Box: Barcelona, which is set in the same world as the first Bird Box film. Bird Box became a smash hit for the streaming service when it was released in 2018. Bird Box: Barcelona will begin streaming on Netflix on July 14.
Synopsis: After a mysterious force decimates the world’s population, Sebastian must navigate his own survival journey through the desolate streets of Barcelona. As he forms uneasy alliances with other survivors and they try to escape the city, an unexpected and even more sinister threat grows.
Bird Box: Barcelona stars Mario Casas, Georgina Campbell, Diego Calva, and Michelle Jenner. The first Bird Box film, based on the book of the same name by Josh Malerman, starred Sandra Bullock.
