Chattanooga Film Festival Returns for its 11th Year on June 21-28, 2024

The Chattanooga Film Festival released their first series of announcements for the 2024 festival, which takes place in-person and virtually in Chattanooga, TN beginning June 21st through the 28th. This is the 11th year of the festival which began in 2014.

This year’s festival includes a celebration of The Twilight Zone featuring an appearance by creator Rod Serling’s daughter author Anne Serling as well as The Twilight Zone historian and author Mark Dawidziak. The festival will screen many of Serling’s favorite episodes and also celebrate the 100th year of Serling’s birth at the Chattanooga Whiskey Event Hall.

In addition to the celebration of The Twilight Zone, the festival will also celebrate the 60th anniversary of Russ Meyer’s beloved cult film Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!

The CFF also welcomes author and screenwriter Adam Cesare, author of the 2020 horror novel Clown in a Cornfield.

The CFF also teased out additional programming including more than 30 feature films, a short films, live podcasts, parties, panels, a screenplay pitch competition, and their late-night secret screening series “The Redeye”.

The Chattanooge Film Festival has been ranked among the “25 Coolest Film Festivals in the World (MovieMaker Magazine, 2022)” and “The Best Horror Festivals in the World (Dread Cenral, 2022)“, along with several different notes of acclaim from publications such as Fangoria.
