According to multiple Korean media outlets, former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin has registered a new entertainment company called OOAK (stylized as 오케이), on October 16, 2025. The company is listed in Seoul’s Gangnam District, with Min serving as an in-house director. Its registered business scope reportedly includes artist management, music and record production, concert and event planning, brand management, and advertising.

Following the registration, Min shared several Instagram stories featuring the letters “OOAK,” including one that spelled out “Only One Always Known,” revealing the agency’s full name and slogan.

Min’s new venture comes as she remains embroiled in multiple legal disputes with her former parent company, HYBE, concerning her removal from ADOR and an estimated ₩26 billion (USD ~19 million) stock option claim. HYBE had accused Min of attempting to separate ADOR from the label group and take NewJeans, ADOR’s sole artist, with her. Although initial shareholder actions failed to oust her, HYBE later succeeded in removing Min from ADOR’s board in late 2024.

Following Min’s departure, NewJeans—now active under the name NJZ—submitted a formal notice of contract termination to ADOR in November 2024, citing unmet demands and breach of trust. The first-instance court ruling on the validity of that exclusive contract is scheduled for October 30, 2025, according to Newsis.

Meanwhile, reports indicate that OOAK’s headquarters is currently under construction in Seoul. With the upcoming court decision looming in , industry analysts have speculated that Min may be positioning the new agency as a potential base for NJZ, should the group prevail in its contract dispute.
