ND Stevenson’s webcomic, and graphic novel, Nimona is being adapted by Netflix into an animated feature film that will stream starting on June 30th.
Synopsis: A knight framed for a tragic crime teams with a scrappy, shape-shifting teen to prove his innocence. But what if she’s the monster he’s sworn to destroy?
Nimona features Chloë Grace Moretz as the titular Nimona, Riz Ahmed as Ballister Blackheart, along with Eugene Lee Yang, Frances Conroy, Lorraine Toussaint, Beck Bennett, RuPaul, Indya Moore, Julio Torres, and Sarah Sherman.
Nimona is directed by Nick Bruno and Troy Quane.
