Netflix released the trailer for the forthcoming anime from the world of James Cameron’s ‘The Terminator’ titled “Terminator Zero’.
In the trailer, we’re introduced to a scientist named Malcolm who is haunted by nightmares of a post-apocalyptic future. Netflix’s synopsis goes on to say, “A warrior from a post-apocalyptic future travels to 1997 to protect an AI scientist being hunted by an unfeeling — and indestructible — cyborg.”
‘Terminator Zero’ will stream the eight episode series on Netflix beginning on August 26th, aka ‘Judgement Day’ according to Netflix’s press announcement.
The voice cast includes Timothy Olyphant, Rosario Dawson, André Holland, Sonoya Mizuno, and Ann Dowd.
The series is created and executive produced by Mattson Tomlin (Project Power, The Batman II).
