Netflix is celebrating their 4th annual Netflix Geeked Week where they showcase a variety of titles coming to their program. Geeked Week 2024 began this Monday, Sept. 16th and its being celebrated live in Atlanta on Sept. 19th at 7:30pm at The Eastern in Atlanta.
Netflix has teased news about Squid Game Season 2, Arcane Season 2, Season 2 of the One Piece live-action adaptation and more.
Joe Manganiello is the host for the live show, and was also announced pre-emptively as one of the newest cast members in the live-action adaptation of One Piece’s second season. He’ll be joined by special correspondents Jacob Bertrand and Xolo Maridueña, from Cobra Kai, along with a variety of guests.
Previously announced updates include Castlevania: Nocturne Season 2’s release date of January 2025.

Black Mirror Season 7 Update:
Charlie Brooker announces cast members for Season 7 of Black Mirror including Awkwafina, Emma Corrin, Peter Capaldi, and more. Brooker also teased a sequel for the episode U.S.S. Callister, which will be the first for the series. Black Mirror is in production now with a release date in 2025.

The Eternaut
Bertrand and Maridueña introduces the first look of The Eternaut, the live-action adaptation of the titular Argentinian graphic novel. The series will premiere on Netflix in 2025.
One Piece Live-Action Adaptation Season 2
Matt Owens, co-showrunner and executive producer of the live-action adaptation of One Piece, spoke of his geek origins in Atlanta, thanked Oda and Owens’ collaborators, and then introduced a first look at Season 2 including previously announced cast updates as well as confirmation of Joe Manganiello’s Mr. 0 casting along with Lera Abova’s casting as Miss All Sunday.
Owens then introduced a video featuring Luffy’s live-action actor Iñaki Godoy presenting Day 1 of the Season 2 table read. The video also highlighted a tease of Chopper, who has yet to be fully revealed.
