Netflix released a teaser image featuring a police badge that includes Eddie Murphy’s with Axel Foley, which is the name of his character from the Beverly Hills Cop series of films.
They’ve further teased a new trailer will be released tomorrow on December 14th, as well as a release date for the future project to be set for Summer 2024.
Murphy first starred in Beverly Hills Cop in 1984, in the film directed by Martin Brest.
Jerry Bruckheimer, one of the original producers for the first two films in the franchise, is set to return alongside Murphy.
