Netflix has released a first look at Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery, the latest installment in Rian Johnson’s acclaimed Knives Out series.
Johnson, who has written and directed all three Knives Out films, returns to helm the new mystery, once again featuring Daniel Craig as the enigmatic detective Benoit Blanc.
The newly released promo image showcases Craig alongside Josh O’Connor, one of several high-profile additions to the ensemble cast. Joining them in the film are Cailee Spaeny, Glenn Close, Andrew Scott, Josh Brolin, Mila Kunis, Jeremy Renner, Kerry Washington, Daryl McCormack, Thomas Haden Church, Annie Hamilton, and Kerry Frances.
Set for a late 2025 release, Wake Up Dead Man follows in the footsteps of its predecessor, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, which debuted with a limited theatrical run before premiering on Netflix.
Netflix, in collaboration with Johnson’s production company T-Street, is producing the film.
