NewJeans Sends Notice Warning ADOR of Potential Contract Termination

NewJeans

On November 13th, it’s been reported that NewJeans members sent a certified letter warning of a potential contract termination to ADOR if their requests for “corrective measures” were not met.

According to news sources, this letter was sent using the members real names, including Kim Min-ji, Hani Pham, Daniel Marsh, Kang Hae-rin, and Lee Hye-in.

The letter requests that ADOR address “violations of their contract” within 14 days otherwise they will end their exclusive contact with ADOR. NewJeans once again requested the reinstatemnt of Min Hee-jin as CEO as well. ADOR previously reappointed Min Hee-jin to the position of inside director; however, this was not the position she previously held.

This follows the news of HYBE’s internal report revealed during the National Assembly’s look at the company, which as NewJeans cited suggested the company would discard of NewJeans and start anew with a new girl group or focus on other girl grops on their roster.
