Sony Pictures TV released the first trailer for the new adaptation of R.L. Stine’s ‘Goosebumps’, which will stream on Disney Plus and Hulu starting on Friday, October 13th.
Synopsis: Inspired by R.L. Stine’s worldwide bestselling book series, “Goosebumps” follows a group of five high schoolers as they embark on a shadowy and twisted journey to investigate the tragic passing three decades earlier of a teen named Harold Biddle – while also unearthing dark secrets from their parents’ past.
Goosebumps first TV adaptation was released on the Fox Kids Network in 1995 and ran for four seasons. Following that two film adaptations, ‘Goosebumps’ and ‘Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween’, were released to theaters.
Goosebumps stars Justin Long, Ana Yi Puig, Miles McKenna, Will Price, Zack Morris, Isa Briones, Rachael Harris, and Rob Huebel. The series was developed by Rob Letterman and Nicholas Stoller.
