According to Variety.com, a live action Spider-Man Noir series is being developed by Amazon. According to the article, the series will not focus on Peter Parker, but will instead follow a more senior super hero in New York City in the 1930s.
Spider-Man Noir first appeared in a series of Marvel Noir comics in 2009. The Noir universe represents a darker side of Marvel, and take place in the Great Depression. Spider-Man Noir appeared as well in the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, where he was voiced by Nicolas Cage.
