Paramount Pictures released the first teaser trailer and poster for the new animated ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem’ movie set to be released August 4, 2023. Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, and James Weaver, are producing the film. Jeff Rowe is set to direct with screenplay by Brendan O’Brien.
The film’s premise is that “after years of being sheltered from the human world, the Turtle brothers set out to win the hearts of New Yorkers and be accepted as normal teenagers through heroic acts. Their new friend April O’Neil helps them take on a mysterious crime syndicate, but they soon get in over their heads when an army of mutants is unleashed upon them.”
Seth Rogen announced the voice cast during the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards this past weekend, which includes: Nicolas Cantu as Leonardo, Micah Abbey as Donatello, Shamon Brown Jr. as Michelangelo, Brady Noon as Raphael, Jackie Chan as Splinter, Ayo Edebiri as April O’Neil, along with Seth Rogen, John Cena, Hannibal Buress, Rose Byrne, Ice Cube, Post Malone, Paul Rudd, Maya Rudolph, Natasia Demetriou and Giancarlo Esposito.
