Disney+ released the official trailer for the new Doctor Who 60th anniversary specials. There will be three specials in total. In the specials David Tennant reprises his role as The Doctor with Catherine Tate reprising her role as Donna Noble. The special will also introduce Ncuti Gatwa as the 15th Doctor.
The first of the three specials will begin streaming on Disney+ on November 25th. This will be the first time Disney+ will be the home for new Doctor Who episodes.
Russell T. Davies is the showrunner for the 60th anniversary specials. Davies first revived the Doctor Who series for the BBC beginning in 2005. He oversaw the series until 2010, along with the spin-off Torchwood.
