Zack Snyder’s ‘Twilight of the Gods’ Teases a Tale of Death, Revenge, and Power

Zack Snyder re-examines Norse mythology in a tale of death and revenge in his new animated series ‘Twlight of the Gods’.

The series will be released on Netflix on Nov. 19, 2024.

Synopsis: The series follows Sigrid, a warrior with an ax to grind against the gods, as she seeks revenge.

The voice cast includes Stuart Martin as Leif, Sylvia Hoeks as Sigrid, Pilou Asbæk as Thor, Rahul Kohli as Egill, Paterson Joseph as Loki, Jamie Clayton as The Seid-Kona, Birgitte Hjort Sørensen as Hervor, Kristofer Hivju as Andvari, Thea Sofie Loch Næss as Thyra, John Noble as Odin, and Peter Stormare as Ulfr.

‘Twilight of the Gods’ is co-created by Zack Snyder, Jay Oliva, and Eric Carrasco, with Deborah Snyder, Wesley Coller, and Oliva also executive-producing. Zack Snyder, Oliva, Tim Divar, Andrew Tamandl, and David Hartman will all be directing episodes.
