Sundance has unveiled its 2025 festival program, featuring a diverse lineup of films. Highlights include an HBO original documentary about Paul Reubens’ life as Pee-Wee, a remake of Kiss of the Spider Woman, Heightened Scrutiny, a documentary following Chase Strangio’s fight against anti-trans legislation and media bias, and much more.
The 2025 Sundance Film Festival will take place January 23 to February 2 in Park City and Salt Lake City, Utah. Online screenings will be available nationwide from January 30 to February 2, 2025.
This year’s lineup includes 87 feature-length films representing 33 countries and territories.
The Sundance Film Festival is a program of the Sundance Institute, a nonprofit organization supporting thousands of artists annually through its year-round programs, the Festival, and Sundance Collab, an online educational platform for filmmakers. Proceeds from ticket sales help fund emerging artists through labs, grants, fellowships, residencies, and more.
