A24’s released the latest trailer for ‘Civil War’, written and directed by Garland, showcases a country divided in a violent war. The film will be released on April 26, 2024.
In the trailer the President of the United States, played by Nick Offerman, speaks over a series of war images across America. All the while the film follows a group of journalists covering the conflict. The film features in its cast Kirsten Dunst, Wagner Moura, Stephen McKinley Henderson, and Cailee Spaeny.
In addition to the previously mentioned cast, ‘Civil War’ includes Karl Glusman, Sonoya Mizuno, Jonica T. Gibbs, and Jess Matney.
Garland is joined by producers Gregory Goodman, Andrew Macdonald, and Allon Reich. Garland previously wrote and directed the films ‘Annhilation’, ‘Ex Machina’, ‘Men’, along with the TV series ‘Devs’.
